# Growing Online Became A Machine’s Game, Someone Still Has To Answer For It

Millions of decisions a day, made against other machines. groas’s view is that no team can keep up with that by hand, and that a person should still answer for the result. Everything else on this page follows from those two ideas.

- **Direction Without Labor**

You set the goals and the budget; groas does the work and answers for the result.

- **A Decision For Every Signal**

Every bid, budget, keyword, page and citation gets acted on, not listed in a report.

- **One Foundation, Two Outcomes**

The same context runs paid ads and organic, so the two never fight each other.

## Built To Act Continuously & Designed To Stay Accountable

Three principles shape every decision groas makes: nothing operates without explanation, every outcome improves what happens next, and every meaningful signal gets acted on.

1. Operating Principle Number 1

   ### Nothing Runs In A Black Box

You've probably been burned by an agency you handed everything to. This isn't that. You set the goals and the budget. Every action groas takes comes with the reasoning behind it, in plain language, so you can see what changed, why, and what it's doing next.

2. Operating Principle Number 2

   ### Every Action Should Make The Next One Smarter

Human accounts reset their learning every time a manager quits, an agency rotates staff, or a tool gets swapped. groas never forgets. Every signal, decision, action, and outcome feeds the context the next decision is made with. Your account compounds while everyone else's starts over.

3. Operating Principle Number 3

   ### No Opportunity Should Die Waiting For A Human

Growth systems produce more signals than any team can manually review. Search behavior shifts, competitors move, costs change, and new opportunities appear continuously. The problem isn't knowing the signals exist. It's having the capacity to act on them while they still matter.\
   \
groas evaluates every meaningful signal against the complete business context, determines what requires action, and executes. No waiting for the next report, meeting, or manual review.

## Nothing Falls Through The Cracks

groas doesn't hand your team another list of recommendations. It takes over the execution across paid, organic and AI search, puts a named strategist on the outcome, and for businesses only gets paid when that outcome improves.

- ### Nothing Gets Missed

Every signal from your ads, your site, your customers and your competitors is read against the whole picture, continuously, rather than whatever someone had time to check that week.

- ### Every Channel, One Plan

Paid and organic run from the same context, so budget moves to where it's working and the two sides stop fighting each other for credit.

- ### One Human Owns The Outcome

A named senior strategist sets the direction, keeps the work on course and answers for performance, and because the fee is tied to results, that accountability has teeth.

## FAQ

What groas believes, who is behind it, and why it is built the way it is.

### What does groas believe?

That online growth now moves faster than any team can follow by hand, and that a person should still answer for the result. So groas works around the clock, a named strategist owns the outcome, and businesses pay when the numbers move rather than for the hours someone logged.

### Who is behind groas?

A small founding team with careers on both sides of the problem: David (founder and CEO) comes from private equity and ran ecommerce businesses, Jiri (CTO) has led engineering for over twenty years, and Tayo and Alex, who head research and product, come from Snapchat, Goldman Sachs and Stanford. The founding team takes the first call with every business and agency that qualifies.

### Why is groas paid on performance?

Because a fee that arrives whether or not anything improves isn't accountability. Businesses agree a target before they sign, and if it isn't met in 90 days groas keeps working at no charge until it is. That only works if groas is confident in the work, which is the point.

### Why not just let ChatGPT or Grok run my account?

They'll optimize inside one account and own nothing outside it: not your landing pages, your offer, your organic visibility or your budget across channels, and nothing comes back when it doesn't work. groas runs every channel from one place, puts a named person on the result, and for businesses is paid on it.

### Why does groas still have humans at all?

Because someone has to answer for the result. groas strategists set the direction, run your onboarding and monthly calls, step into your accounts and your website themselves whenever something needs a human hand, and own the outcome. groas's technology carries the volume no team could; people bring the judgment and the accountability.

### What will groas never do?

Hold your ad accounts, your site or your data hostage, take a percentage of your ad spend, go beyond the budget and limits you set, or contact the clients of an agency running on groas. Those lines are written into the terms.

## Pay For Results, Not For Hours

Businesses buy the outcome, agencies resell it, and groas answers for it either way.
